摘  要:通过大线能量气电立焊焊接工艺性能试验、焊接接头力学性能试验及组织结构分析等,对武钢船用钢EH36W50的焊接性能及相关组织结构进行了研究。焊接接头综合力学性能优良,淬硬倾向小。焊接接头过热区组织为贝氏体加少量铁素体,有软化现象,但强度没有显著下降。The welding performance and relative structures of ship steel EH36W50 produced by WISCO are studied by a test of technological properties of large heat input electro-gas welding, of mechanical prop- erties of welding joints, and an analysis of structure. The results show that EH36WS0 welding joint has fine comprehensive mechanical properties and small hardness tendency, and that the heat affected zone of welding joint is believed to be of bainite and a few ferrites with a softening phenomenon, but its strength is not significantly reduced.
