镁棒在电热水器内胆防腐蚀上的安装应用浅析

摘　　要：本文讨论了目前电热水器在使用过程中内胆寿命会受到电化学腐蚀等因素的影响,以及为解决此问题而采取的措施,包括在整机设计上考虑阴极保护措施,比如安装镁棒。但镁棒的安装方式差异较大,本文通过对比几种不同的安装方式,并测试保护电流,从而提供相关的设计参考,以达到延长内胆使用寿命的目的。This paper discussed the inner tank life for current electric water heater will be effecfed by the electrochemical corrosion during usage. To solve this problem, we will take some measures, such as designing cathode protection for whole product, or installing magnesium rods. While, there are so many different ways for magnesium rods installation. Through compared several different installations and test the protect current, this thesis supplied relative design references, to lengthen the life for inner tank.
