开展中医特色优质护理示范病区工程的方法及效果

摘　　要：目的探讨中医院开展具有中医特色优质护理服务示范病房的实施方法与效果。方法通过对患者实施辨证施护,强化中医健康教育,以促进患者对糖尿病相关知识的掌握;改变护理服务理念和护理工作模式;简化护理文书;完善绩效考核机制等方面实行优质护理服务示范工程。选取内分泌科做为优质护理示范病区,以调查问卷的方式,来量化患者对护理工作的评价,以及对中医护理调护知识及专科知识的掌握情况,从而对实施"优质护理服务示范工程"活动前后的效果进行比较。结果实施"优质护理服务示范工程"活动后,护理质量及患者对自我疾病的基本调护、辨证施护的掌握程度明显提高,与实施前比较,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床护理服务中实行具有中医特色的护理模式,为患者提供了更为安全、优质、满意的护理服务,可以明显改善护理服务质量,提高患者满意度。Abstract Objective To discuss the method and effect of setting up quality nursing ward with TCM style nursing. Methods The endocrinology department was selected to join in the study. Wetook a series of measures to setting up high quality nursing ward, for example, simplify nursing documents, improve the performance-assessment system for nurse and so on. Use questionnaire to evaluation the nurses＇job and evaluation the situation of patients＇ knowledge. Results After the implementation of quality nursing ward , the quality of nursing care , patients＇ self-initiated care and traditionnal Chinese medicine knowledge patients having mastered were improved（ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Setting up quality nursing ward with TCM style nursing will provide a sal;er , higher quality, more satisthetoty nusing gervice for patients.
