电子线路CAD分析中高频电路的局限性

摘　　要：电子线路CAD模拟软件PSPICE具有很强的功能 ,在电子线路设计中具有广阔的应用前景 ,但由于它对中高频下的电路复杂参数无法准确地描述 ,从而也就给高频电路的分析带来较在的困难。PC Simulation Program with Integrated Circuit Emphasis(PSPICE)has a strong fumction.There are broad applying prospects in electronic circuits.But because the program can't exactly describe the complicate parameters of circuits in high frequency,It is very diffculty to analyze the characteristics of the high frequency circuits with PSPICE.
