54例新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的CT表现特点及其预后分析

摘　　要：目的探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病（HIE）的CT表现特点及其预后。方法对54例HIE患儿进行回顾性分析研究，并分析其CT表现特点及预后。结果本组54例HIE中，轻度33例，中度14例，重度7例。54例均有不同程度的脑回、脑池、脑室的变浅或消失。结论HIE有其独特的CT影像学特征，CT在HIE的诊断中有很重要的价值。Objective To discuss the CT features and the prognosis of hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy（HIE）. Methods The CT fea- tures of the HIE were analyzed and follow-up studied in 54 cases. Results Of all the 54 cases with HIE, slight in 33 cases, middle in 14 cases, severe in 7 cases. The gyms, the cisterna and the ventfieulus of different degree become shallow or disappear in 30 eases with HIE.Conch- sions HIE has its specific CT imaging characters, so CT may pay an important role in the HIE diagnoses.
