摘 要:根据对单个行星排的传动方案分析,设计了一种行星齿轮两档双离合器自动变速器。它主要包括行星齿轮机构、双离合器机构、液压控制机构,主要应用于电动汽车的动力传动装置。该变速器的低速档传动比比较大,从而保证汽车的最大爬坡能力;高速档为直接档,传动效率非常高,从而保证汽车的最高车速。通过换档执行元件双离合器中两个离合器的接合与分离,改变行星齿轮机构之间的约束,得到低速档与高速档,从而使得低速档与高速档之间切换时动力输出基本不中断。Based on the analysis of the transmission scheme of single planetary row,A planetary gear two speed dual clutch automatic transmission is designed.It includes Planetary gear train,Dual clutch mechanism,hydraulic control mechanism,which is mainly used in power transmission device of electric vehicle.The low gear transmission of the transmission ratio is relatively large so as to ensure maximum gradeability car;the high gear is direct gear,efficiency of the transmission is very high so as to ensure the maximum speed of the automobile.Through two clutch of shift actuator dual clutch engaging and disengaging,change the constraint between the planetary gear mechanism,get low gear and gear so as to achieve a high shifting quality without power off between low and high gear.
