摘 要:随着汽车电控发动机技术的不断提高,汽车电子控制日新月异,增大了汽车故障检测诊断的难度,传统的调故障代码寻找故障,往往会出现判断上的失误,因为故障代码仅仅是ECU认可的一个是或否的界定结论,不一定是汽车真正的故障部位:在维修实践中有很多故障是不被ECU所记录的,微机故障自诊断系统一般只能监测电控系统的电路信号,并且只能监测信号的范围,并不能监测传感器特性的变化。对此,最有效、最可行的办法就是使用故障诊断仪进行数据流的检测,研究分析发动机静态或动态数据状况,从而找出故障所在。As automotive electronic control engine technology continues to improve,automotive electronic control rapidly,increasing the difficulty of vehicle fault detection and diagnosis,the traditional tune fault code to find fault,often appear errors in judgment,because the fault code is only recognized by ECU a yes or no defined conclusion is not necessarily true fault automobile parts;maintenance practice in many ECU fault is not to be recorded,computer fault diagnosis system generally only electronic control system monitors the signal circuit,and only to monitor the signal range,and can not monitor the change of the sensor characteristics.In this regard,the most effective and feasible way is to use the data flow fault diagnostic testing,research and analysis engine static or dynamic data condition,in order to identify failures.
