摘　　要：如今重新审视《中华人民共和国海商法》,可以更加清楚地看到它重要的历史价值。近年来,修改这部法律再度成为热议的话题。未来对《中华人民共和国海商法》的修改,应该以其实施以来的实践积累为基础,以深入的理论研究为支撑。修法是一项浩繁的系统工程,从现在起,统筹规划,整合各种资源和力量,显得非常重要和必要。When we re-examine the Maritime Code of the People＇ s Republic of China nowadays, its important historical value can be seen more clearly. In recent years, the amendment of the Code once again has become a hot topic. The amendment work in the future, it should take the accumulation of the business and judicial practice as basis, and rely on in-depth theo- retical study for support. The amendment process is a systematic project. It is therefore highly important we have strategic planning, integration of various resources from now on.
