摘　　要：随着近年来森林旅游的迅猛发展和亚健康问题的日趋严重,森林旅游对亚健康状况的改善效益研究受到国内学者的广泛关注。文章在对相关文献进行研究、分析的基础上,针对亚健康状况的森林旅游资源开发、森林保健旅游产品开发设计、森林旅游对亚健康状况促进效益评价等国内关于森林旅游对人体亚健康状况的促进研究进行述评,并展望未来森林旅游健康效益研究走向。With the rapid development of forest tourism in recent years and the increasingly serious sub - health problems, the improvement benefits of sub - health on forest tourism has attracted the extensive attentions of scholars at home and abroad. This paper explores the definition of sub - health, and the positive effect that forest tourism has on human health, the develop- ment of the tourism resources that aims at promoting sub - health, and the design for new tourism products, and makes comments on the domestic study of how forest tourism promotes sub - heaith and its positive effect. The paper has found out that China starts relatively late in this research field and is still in the preliminary stage of research at present. And it forecasts the future researches in regard of forest tourism benefits.
