摘　　要：通过人类学的文化结构视角,抓住糯稻这个核心,从物质、制度和精神三个层次梳理黔东南地区的传统稻作文化,能帮助我们更全面地认识贵州侗乡稻鱼鸭复合系统,更系统地挖掘蕴含其中的民族文化功能,并揭示在当下社会变迁中保护和传承该农业文化遗产的重要意义。The essay explores the cultural value of traditional glutinous rice planting in Southeast Guizhou by the viewpoint of anthropology.The local culture system of paddy planting was divided into three parts：material,institutional and spiritual cultures.As a precious cultural heritage of Dong nationality,it is very important to conserve and pass on the agricultural heritage of glutinous rice planting.
