摘　　要：文化的繁荣和发展是文化自觉的本质反映。文化自觉是我国文化建设的内在要求,是我们党在文化建设上的鲜明特征和显著优势。当今世界科技发展一日千里、各种思想文化的交流更加频繁,只有通过加强文化自觉,积极建设先进文化,才能更好地增强中国的软实力、激发民族自信心和创新力。The prosperity and development of culture is an essential reflection of cultural awareness which is an inherent demand of our national cultural construction and a conspicuous characteristic and an obvious advantage of Chinese Communist Party＇s cultural construction. In today＇s world where science and technology develop rapidly and cultural exchanges are frequent, it is only by enhancing cuhural awareness and promoting construction of advanced culture that China＇s soft power and national confidence and creativity can be better improved.
