摘　　要：选题之艺术与艺术之选题，是监狱学理论研究辩证思维的同一方面，是指作者将题怎样选好之技巧来撰写监狱学论文，以独特地表达其思想观点与其学术主旨的一种思维之法。选题新颖，则论文出新：选题得法，则论文得法；选题出色，则论文出彩，才能开启监狱学理论研究之门的“金钥匙”，才能写出思想有深度、理论有前瞻、观点有创新、风格有吸引和文风有新鲜的出彩论文。The art of choice of topic and artistic topic refer to the same point of dialectical thinking in prison theory. The key point lies in how to choose a right topic in writing a paper concerning prison in order to express unique ideas with an academic subject. A novel, proper and exceptional topic makes a paper with new ideas, abundant content and wonderful expressions. It is the choice of topic that opens the door of paper writing with deep thoughts, forward-looking thinking, innovative ideas and novel writing style.
