摘　　要：目的评价塞来昔布治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的疗效和安全性。方法 148例LDH患者随机分为2组,均于饭后给予迈之灵片300 mg,早、晚各1次;胶体果胶铋胶囊150 mg/次,3次/d。试验组70例,饭后加服塞来昔布200 mg,1次/d;对照组78例,饭后加服双氯酚酸钠75 mg,1次/d。疗程均为4周。结果试验组、对照组的改良Macnab标准评定优良率分别为88.57%、88.46%(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组VAS评分均降低(P<0.01),两组间比较,差异无统计学意义[(1.81±0.81)vs.(2.01±0.74),P>0.05]。试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组(8.57%vs.28.21%,P<0.05)。结论塞来昔布治疗LDH安全、有效。Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of celecoxib on lumbar disc herniation（LDH）.Methods 148 LDH patients were randomly divided into 2 group,patients in both groups were given aescuven forte 300 mg（pc.,twice daily in morning and evening）,colloidal bismuth pectin capsules 15 mg（three times daily）.Trial group（n=70） was added with celecoxib 200 mg（pc.,once daily）.Control group（n=78） was added with diclofenac sodium 75mg（pc.,once daily）.The course was 4 weeks.Results After treatment,the excellent rates with modified Macnab standard of trial group and control group were 88.57% and 88.46%（P0.05）; the VAS of trial group and control group decreased（P0.01）,and there was no significant difference between the two groups[（1.81±0.81） vs.（2.01± 0.74）,P0.05].The incidence of adverse reaction in trial group was lower than that of control group（8.57% vs.28.21%,P0.05）.Conclusion Celecoxib is safe and effective in the treatment for LDH.
