乳果糖在孕妇便秘中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察乳果糖治疗孕妇便秘的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择在我院门诊就诊的54例孕妇便秘患者,随机平均分为2组。研究组(27例)给予乳果糖溶液口服治疗,对照组(27例)给予心理、饮食干预。治疗14 d后观察两组的临床疗效,同时评价乳果糖的安全性。结果研究组总有效率高于对照组(96.3%vs.74.1%,P<0.05)。研究组干预期间出现腹泻1例,腹胀1例,均较轻微,经调整乳果糖用量后好转,未影响治疗过程。对照组无不良反应发生。结论乳果糖在治疗孕妇便秘方面临床疗效确切,安全可靠,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the curative effect and safety of lactulose on pregnant women with constipation.Methods 54 pregnant women with constipation were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Control group（n=27） was treated with mental and diet intervention,and observation group（n=27） was added lactulose oral solution.The curative effect was observed and the safety was evaluated.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group（96.3% vs.74.1%,P0.05）.There were 1 case of diarrhea and 1case of abdominal distension,and the adverse reaction was minor,all of them were improved after adjustment of lactulose dosage,and the treatment process was not affected.Conclusion Lactulose has good effect on pregnant women with constipation,it is worthy of clinical promotion and popularization.
