摘　　要：据悉美国是风险投资的发源地,也具有当今世界最发达的风险投资体系,文章依据美国风险投资和GDP总量原始数据,就美国的风险投资对其GDP的影响进行经济计量实证分析,对我国风险投资发展具有一定的现实意义。It is well-known that the United States is the birthplace of venture capital, having the world＇s most developed risk investment system. This paper makes an econometric empirical analysis of the impact of the USA venture capital on its GDP, employing the original data of the USA venture capital and GDP in total. It is believed that such analysis is of importance and implication to China＇s venture capital development.
