摘　　要：《天论》是中国哲学史上的重要文献。它以哲学为基点,而以政治为落点,不仅创造性地提出了"天与人交相胜"的理论命题,而且藉以为永贞革新张目、为革新志士正名,这正是它鲜有其匹的高妙之处。它以无可辩驳的周密论证给唐代元和年间的哲学论战画上了一个圆满的句号。As one of the significant works in China＇ s philosophical history, On Heaven starts from philosophy and deals with politics. Creatively putting forward the theoretical proposition of ＂interac- tion of the nature and human society＂, it was to rehabilitate the justifiability of the Yongzhen Reform and the reformers. Undoubtedly, its irrefutable argumentation put a satisfactory end to the philosophi- cal debate during Yuanhe Reign in Tang Dynasty.
