摘  要:高校管理在从单一的行政管理模式向多元的合作治理模式的转变过程中,学生组织也经历着从被治到共治的角色转变。单一的管理主体、集权式的权力运行机制、垂直型的组织机构以及管控式的教育理念是行政管理模式的显著特征,因此,学生组织成为了学校政策的传递者,学生管理的基层执行者,教学管理的辅助者以及学生事务的有限参与者。而合作治理模式的特征则是多元的治理主体、分权式的权力运行机制、扁平化的组织结构以及服务化的教育理念,学生组织也因此成为了学校决策的参与者、学生事务的管理者、教学管理的评价者、学生利益的维护者、学生社团的整合者以及基层学生的自治者。In modern universities, the bureaucratic management model is transforming into a coopera- tive governance model. Student organizations also change their roles from being managed to govern- ing. The characteristics of the bureaucratic management model are sole management main body, centralized power, vertical organization and controlling education concept. The roles of student or- ganizations are as follows: transmitting school policies, helping colleges to manage students, being subsidiaries in teaching management, and participating in limited students' affairs. The cooperative governance model is characterized by diverse governance bodies, decentralized power, flat organiza- tions and service-oriented education concept. The roles of student organizations are as follows: par- ticipating in decision-making, managing student affairs, evaluating teaching management, protecting students' rights, integrating student associations, and governing students. Meanwhile, there are some conflicts among the various roles.
