后殖民主义语境中的地方媒体编译及其策略——以“杭州网”为例

摘　　要：本文从后殖民主义视角入手,将编译从纯语言层面提升到文化层面加以审视。通过对"杭州网"编译语料的中英文对比分析,发现其"改写"显得过度;结合后殖民主义相关理论来看,部分地方媒体对外传播话语体系呈现"他者化"趋势。鉴此,文章提出地方媒体编译策略,即保持语际转换中两种语言作用力与反作用力的动态平衡,树立"受众至上"的传播理念,强化编译地方特色,发挥网络传播优势。This paper aims to investigate the phenomenon of transediting from the perspective of post- colonialism by elevating the transediting of foreigner-oriented media from the level of pure language to that of culture. After the comparative analysis of some English news and their Chinese versions se- lected from Hangzhou Website, the paper discovers the excessive use of rewriting Hangzhou Website and the tendency of ＂0therness＂ of some local media in Zhejiang Province. Hence, some practical strategies are put forward for the transediting of local media, namely keeping the dynamic balance between the action and reaction in the switch from SL to TL, establishing the concepts of receiver- orientedness and net-friendly publicity features, and enhancing the awareness of local characteristics of transediting.
