我国农民科技素质影响因素及提升对策

摘　　要：我国农民人口众多,构成十分复杂,其生产、生活方式也未完全适应现代化文明,如何提高农民的科技素质成为当前迫切需要研究和解决的问题。本文以社会主义新农村建设背景下的农民科技素质为研究对象,阐释现在农民科技素质现状,分析其影响因素和社会根源。并针对我国现存的问题,提出相关的政策建议。China has a large rural population and the construction of this group is very complex. Rural people haven＇t fully adapted to modernized ways of production and lifestyles. How to improve rural peo- ple＇s quality in science and technologies has become a research question that needs to be explored and solved urgently. This paper focuses on the rural people＇s quality in science and technologies in the back- ground of the new countryside construction, and analyzes their status quo in knowing and using technolo- gies and finds out possible factors that affect their uses of technologies. Based on China＇s national status, this paper proposes a suggestion to improve rural people＇s quality in science and technologies.
