摘　　要：根据我军使命任务需要，加强汽车兵训练机构建设，对提高驾驶员训练质量，增强军交运输保障能力有着重要的现实意义。必须按照强军目标，针对汽车兵训练机构建设存在的主要问题，重点在优化整体设计、充实训练内容、改进组训方法、完善环境条件、打造人才队伍等方面下功夫、求突破，实现汽车兵训练机构建设又好又快发展。Determined by the tasks and missions,strengthening training institution of motor soldiers construction has impor- tant realistic meaning in improving drivers training quality and enhancing military traffic and transportation support capa- bility. According to the army strengthening target,this paper emphasizes on designing optimization of training institution of motor soldiers, enriching training tasks, improving training methodologies, perfecting environment and cultivating profession- als in order to realize its healthy development.
