摘　　要：汽车驾驶员职业技能鉴定是考核、选拔和使用驾驶技能型人才的重要手段，研究建立职业技能鉴定考核关键技术体系，对提高鉴定考核的公平和公正性具有重要意义。在分析汽车驾驶员职业技能鉴定考核关键技术需求的基础上，构建以鉴定命题、考核评判和考务管理为核心的关键技术体系，讨论鉴定考核关键技术的主要内容和要素。The occupational technical ability appraisal of vehicle drivers is an important means to assess,select and employ skilled driving personnel. In order to improve reliability and justice of occupation technical ability appraisal, it is of great sig- nificance to study and establish the system of the key technology of vehicle drivers＂ occupation technical ability appraisal testing. Based on the demand analysis of the key technology of vehicle drivers occupational technical ability appraisal test- ing, this paper builds the system of the technology with setting appraisal examination question, testing adjustment, exami- nation work management, and discusses the main contents and factor of the key technique of the appraisal testing.
