海外战略投送场域与投送力量相关法律问题研究

摘　　要：国际法律制度对我军顺利进行海外战略投送具有重要的支撑作用。在投送场域上，主要有主权空间的许可通行制度、国际公共空间的自由通行制度、其他国际空间的限制通行制度和中立国领土的禁止援助制度；在投送力量上，主要有军事投送力量的运用制度、民商投送力量的运用制度和国外投送力量的运用制度。International law systems plays an important role in Chinese military＇s carrying out overseas strategy projection. In projection field, the study focuses mainly on the permissive pass system of sovereign space, the free pass system of inter- national public space, the limited pass system of other international space and the forbidden aid system of neutral state terri- tory. In projection power, this paper attaches importance on the application system of military projection power, the applica- tion system of civil commerce projection power and the application system of foreign projection power.
