贝那普利联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨贝那普利联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗老年高血压合并冠心病患者的临床效果。方法:选取2012年3月-2013年4月本院高血压合并冠心病的老年患者78例,随机分成对照组和治疗组,每组各39例,患者在试验前2周停用一切抗高血压药。对照组给予贝那普利治疗,治疗组采用贝那普利联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,根据患者血压情况调整剂量,患者均持续服药治疗1年。结果:治疗后两组各时间点收缩压和舒张压均明显低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗后治疗组的临床疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:贝那普利联合阿托伐他汀钙片能够显著控制老年高血压合并冠心病患者的血压水平,并有效降低并稳定心率,不良反应小,临床效果显著。Objective： To analyze the effect of benazepril combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets in treatment of old patients with hypertension combined coronary heart disease.Method： Seventy-eight patients who were diagnosed with hypertension combined coronary heart disease in our hospital from March 2012 to April 2013, they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the cantml group, 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with benazepril, the treatment group was treated with benazeprll combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets, adjusted the dosage according to the blood pressure condition, all the patients were taken medicine for one year.Result： Systolic and diastolic blood pressure of each time point in two groups after treatment respectively compared with before treatment, after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）, and the clinical curative effect of the treatment group was obviously better than the control group after treatment, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： The clinical effect of benazepril combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets in treatment of old patients is satisfied.h can control the blood pressure and keep heart rate stable.h has less side effect and remarkable clinical effect.
