摘　　要：目的:研究手术方式对下肢静脉曲张患者凝血功能的影响。方法:选取静脉曲张患者32例分为传统抽剥组和高位结扎腔内激光治疗组,观察患者手术前后凝血指标的变化及临床表现。结果:术后两组患者凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(Fbg)及D二聚体(D-D)与术前比较差异均无统计学意义,两组间比较差异亦均无统计学意义。结论:两种手术方式对机体凝血状态无大影响,不增加术后下肢静脉血栓的风险。Objective： To study the effect of different surgical approaches on blood coagulation in lower limbs superficial varicosity patients. Method： Thirty-two cases were selected and divided into traditional stripping group and high ligation combined endovenous laser group.The changes of preoperative and postoperative blood coagulation parameters and clinical performances were observed. Result： In both groups, Prothrombin time （PT） prolonged, activated partial thromboplastin time （ APTT ） diminished, Fbgrinogen （ Fbg ） and D-dimer （ D-D ） increased after operation. There were no significantly changes not only compared with those of preoperative stage in each group but also in groups.Conclusion： Two surgical approaches have no much effect to the blood coagulation in lower limbs superficial varicosity patients, and also not cause deep vein thrombosis.
