麝香保心丸联合曲美他嗪治疗老年缺血性心肌病心力衰竭的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨麝香保心丸联合曲美他嗪治疗老年缺血性心肌病心力衰竭的疗效。方法:以本院2011年1月-2013年1月收治的80例老年缺血性心肌病心力衰竭患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,所有患者均使用常规治疗方案,在此基础上对照组加用曲美他嗪,观察组联合使用麝香保心丸和曲美他嗪,比较两组临床治疗效果、心功能的差异。结果:观察组患者临床治疗效果优于对照组,心功能优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:麝香保心丸联合曲美他嗪联合治疗老年缺血性心肌病心力衰竭可以取得较好的效果,能改善患者心功能,并提高预后效果。Objective： To analyze the effect of combined application Shexiang Baoxin Wan and trimetazidine in the treatment of cardiac failure among the old pecple with ischemie cardiomyopathy.Method： 80 old patients with isehemic cardiomyopathy were divided into objective group and the control group. The Shexiang Baoxin Wan and trimetazidine were additional used in the objective group, and the control used traditional treatment. The difference of the clinical effect, cardiac function and the level of NT-PROBNP between the two groups were compared.Result： The clinical effect of the objective group was better than that in the control group. There was a significant development in the cardiac.function in the objective group.Conclusion： It would get a satisfactory effect to combined application She Xiang Bao Xin Wan and trimetazidine in the treatment of cardiac failure among the old people with isehemie eardiomyopathy.
