摘　　要：公安物联网已成为我国物联网发展的重要方向之一。公安物联网移动应用是移动互联网在公安安全领域的具体应用,在公安物联网发展中占据了非常重要的地位。文中对公安物联网移动应用业务、总体架构、发展所涉及的三项关键技术(基于位置的应用、终端安全技术和集群通信技术)进行了阐述,并对公安物联网移动应用的公安数字化单兵系统进行了介绍,以期为了解、发展和推进公安物联网及应用起到一定的作用。The public security IOT has become one of key aspects of IOT development in China. Mobile application of IOT for public security is the specific application of mobile internet in public security field, and it plays a very important role in the development of public security IOT. Mobile application business, overall architecture and three key techniques of LBS, security technology of terminal and trucking communication in the development progress are introduced. Police digital device（PDD）, as typical application system of public security lOT is introduced to do some help to understand, develop and promote the application of the public security IOT.
