摘 要:综述了20世纪90年代以来的有关环境水体中四乙基铅分析方法的研究报道。对各种样品前处理方法和检测技术的优缺点进行了评价,其中吹脱捕集-气相色谱/质谱联用法(P&T-GC/MS),样品前处理过程可全自动化、灵敏度高及无需有机萃取试剂,检测技术具有高效分离、定性及定量的能力,值得在环境水体四乙基铅的监测中推广使用。部分文献报道的P&T-GC/MS法测定水样中四乙基铅时,出现的疑似捕集阱或质谱检测器"中毒"现象,可能是由四乙基铅在水样中的短期稳定性较差造成,影响其稳定性的关键因素及解决办法还需进一步研究。The researches on determination method of tetraethyl lead in environmental water since 1990s were reviewed. The sample preparation methods and detection technologies were commented. Thereinto, purge and trap-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (pgaT-GC/MS) had many advan- tages including fully automatic pretreatment of sample, high sensitivity, exempt from organic extrac- tion reagent, highly efficient separation, qualitative and quantitative analysis, so it was worth popu- larizing in the monitoring of tetraethyl lead in environmental water. It was reported in some references that, there was the suspected "poisoning" phenomenon for trap or mass spectrometry detector during the determination of tetraethyl lead in environmental water by P&T-GC/MS, which may be caused by the poor short-term stability of tetraethyl lead in water sample, and the key influencing factors on its stability and solutions should be further studied.
