摘  要:提出了一种感应电机无差拍直接转矩控制系统的效率最优控制方法。在定子磁链定向坐标系中,以定子磁链和转子磁链为状态变量,导出了空间矢量无差拍直接转矩控制的电压控制律。分析了电机损耗与转矩、转速和定子磁链之间的关系,给出了电机稳态运行时效率最优的定子磁链幅值计算公式,实现了感应电机无差拍直接转矩控制变频调速系统的效率最优控制。实验结果表明,给出的优化控制策略,在保持无差拍直接转矩控制快速动态响应特性的同时,电机轻载运行效率得到显著提高。An efficiency optimization strategy of dead-beat direct torque controlled induction motor drives was proposed.The control law of the DB-DTC with space vector modulation was obtained by using the stator and rotor flux linkage as the state variables in the stator flux oriented synchronous reference frame,the function relationship between the power losses and the output torque,speed and stator flux was analyzed,the computational formulation of the stator flux amplitude which makes the power losses minimization was derived in steady-state phase.Consequently,the efficiency optimization control for dead-beat direct torque controlled induction motor drive systems was achieved.The experimental results show that the proposed control method not only preserves the fast torque dynamic response,but also improves the operation efficiency of the driving system.
