自制活血消肿药物治疗踝部骨折早期肿胀的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨自制活血消肿药物对踝部骨折早期肿胀的疗效。方法:采用回顾性方法分析,选取2012年7月-2013年7月本院门诊以及住院收治的200例踝部骨折早期肿胀患者的临床资料,随机将其分为四组,分别为中药外洗组、七叶皂苷钠组、中药外洗加七叶皂苷钠组以及空白对照组,每组各50例。比较四组患者治疗后的以及疼痛情况。结果:中药外洗组加七叶皂苷钠组在用药3 d后肢体消肿情况与其他三组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),中药外洗加七叶皂苷钠组在敷药5 d后踝部疼痛改善情况与其他三组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自制活血消肿药物能够降低踝部骨折早期肿胀度以及疼痛度,降低患者的伤残率,使用方便,不良反应少,同时具有安全性以及可靠性,值得临床推广使用。Objective： To study the curative effect observation of homemade blood detumescence drug in the treatment of ankle fractures early swelling. Method： The clinical data of 200 ankle fractures early swelling patients who had been treated in our hospital from July 2012 to July 2013 were analyzed byretrospective method, they were randomly divided into four groups, Chinese medicine out washing group, seven sodium aescinate group, herbal washing with seven sodium aescinate group and blank control group, there were 50 cases in each group. The limb swelling and pain condition after treatment between the four groups were compared. Result： The differences between the herbal washing with seven sodium aescinate group and other three groups was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . The difference of ankle pain after five days of the herbal washing with seven sodium aescinate group and other three groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： Homemade blood detumescence drug can decrease ankle fractures early swelling patients＇ level of swelling and pain, as well as the disability rate, it is easy to use, and has less adverse reaction, at the same time has safety and reliability, so deserves to be promoted in the clinical.
