中医“运脾化湿法”在功能性腹泻患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医运脾化湿法治疗功能性腹泻的临床疗效。方法:将130例功能性腹泻患者随机分为两组,对照组65例给予常规西药治疗,观察组65例给予自拟中药汤剂治疗,疗程均为4周,观察治疗4周及停药4周时的临床症状。结果:观察组用药4周总有效率83.08%(54/65),高于对照组的70.77%(46/65);观察组停药4周后总有效率80.00%(52/65)高于对照组的67.69%(44/65),但两组比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中医运脾化湿法治疗功能性腹泻的近期疗效与远期疗效均满意。Objective： To investigate the clinical curative effect ofTCM spleen dampness on functional diarrhea. Method： 130 patients with functional diarrhea were randomly divided into two groups, the control group of 65 eases was given conventional western medicine treatment, the treatment group of 65 cases was treated with Chinese medicine, treatment for 4 weeks, observed clinical symptoms of treatment for 4 weeks and withdrawal at 4 weeks.Result： After 4 weeks medication, observation group total effective rate was 83.08% （ 54/65 ） higher than the control group 70.77% （ 46/65 ） ; After 4 weeks after discontinuation , observation group total effective rate was 80.00% （ 52/65 ） higher than the control group 67.69% （ 44/65 ）, but compared the two groups had no statistical significance （P〉0.05） .Conclusion： TCM spleen dampness on functional diarrhea curative effect in the near future and the long-term outcome is satisfactory.
