摘  要:目的:探究临床生化检验测量不确定度。方法:针对性地采用相对的方法进行测量,采用间接选择的电极法测量Cl-、K+;采用速率法测量谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT);采用双缩脲的终点法测量总蛋白(TP);采用溴甲酚绿显示终点法测量白蛋白(Alb);采用酶法测量肌酐(Cr)、采用脲酶紫外速率法测量尿素氮(BUN);采用尿酸酶法测量尿酸(UA);按照不确定度(U%)公式U%=2CV%计算结果。结果:Cl-、K+、GGT、TP、Alb、BUN、Cr、UA的不确定度分别是4.18%、3.26%、8.88%、5.18%、5.90%、10.26%、6.12%、8.16%。结论:测量不确定度可以反映出本室实验条件下检测结果的准确度。Objective: To explore the clinical biochemical measurement uncertainty.Method: The method of relative measurement were used, Cl , K+ were measured by indirect selective electrode method; glutamyl transpeptidase ( GGT ) was measured by rate method; biuret's ( TP ) was measured by the total protein end-point method; albumin end-point method (Alb)was measured by bromocresol green display terminal method; creatinine ( Cr ) was measured by enzyme method, blood urea nitrogen ( BUN ) was measured by urease UV rate method; uric acid ( UA ) was measured by uricase method; according to the uncertainty ( U% ) calculation formula U%=2CV%.Result: The uncertainty of Cl-, K+, GGT, TP, Alb, BUN, Cr, UA respectively was 4.18%, 3.26%, 8.88%, 5.18%, 5.90%, 10.26%, 6.12%, 8.16%.Conclusion: The uncertainty of measurement can reflect the experimental conditions, the accuracy of detection results.
