不同NYHA分级老年充血性心衰患者左心室功能状态研究

摘　　要：目的:研究不同NYHA分级老年充血性心衰患者的左心室功能状态。方法:选取2011年8月-2013年5月于本院进行诊断与治疗的75例老年充血性心衰患者为观察组,并将同一时期的75名同龄健康老年人设为对照组,比较两组的LVEF、LVDD、LVDS、EDV及ESV水平,并比较不同NYHA分级老年充血性心衰患者的上述指标。结果:观察组的LVEF水平低于对照组,LVDD、LVDS、EDV及ESV水平则高于对照组,观察组中NYHA分级越高者的LVEF水平越低,而LVDD、LVDS、EDV及ESV水平越高(P<0.05),比较差异均有统计学意义。结论:老年充血性心衰患者的左心室功能状态相对较差,且NYHA分级越高者的功能越差。Objective： To study the left ventricular functional status of different NYHA class elderly patients with congestive heart failure. Method： 75 eases of elderly patients with congestive heart failure from August 2011 to May 2013 in our hospital for diagnosis and treatment were set as the observation group. 75 healthy age-matched at the same period were set as the control group. The LVEF, LVDD, LVDS, EDV and ESV levels of the two elderly were compared, and the different above indexes of NYHA functional class in patients with congestive heart failure were compared. Result： The LVEF level in the observation group was lower than the control group, and LVDD, LVDS, EDV and ESV levels in the observation group were higher in the observation group were higher LVEF in NYHA class lower level, and LVDD, LVDS, EDV and ESV levels were higher （ P〈0.05 ）, there were significant differences. Conclusion： The state of left ventricular function for elderly patients with congestive heart failure is relatively poor, and the function of patients with higher NYHA is worse.
