异维A酸红霉素凝胶联合螺内酯治疗寻常型痤疮临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察异维A酸红霉素凝胶联合螺内酯治疗寻常型痤疮的疗效和安全性。方法:将入选的147例轻、中度寻常型痤疮患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均在睡前外用异维A酸红霉素凝胶1次,疗程8周;治疗组同时还予螺内酯片,20mg,tid与餐同服。在治疗2、4和8周后观察疗效和不良反应。结果:治疗2周后,两组的有效率分别为20.83%和14.29%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);4、8周后,治疗组有效率(54.17%,80.56%)均显著高于对照组(30.00%,54.29%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。药物相关不良反应主要为局部刺激症状,两组发生率分别为31.08%、29.58%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:异维A酸红霉素凝胶联合螺内酯治疗轻、中度寻常型痤疮疗效肯定、安全、不良反应少,价格低廉,值得推广应用。Objective： To evaluate the efficacy and safety of isotretinoin erythromycin gel united spironolactone in acne vulgaris. Method： 147 patients with the mild or moderate acne vulgaris were randomly divided into treatment group （n = 75 } and control group（ n =72）. They were topically treated with isotretinoin erythromycin gel once daily in the evening for 8 weeks, while the treatment group were treated with spironolactone,29mg was taken orally with the meal,3 times per day. And they were followed up on the 2,4,8 weeks after starting treatment. Result： The response rates of two groups were 20.83% and 14.29% respectively within 2 weeks after treatment, and there was no statistical significance （ P〉0.05 }. The effectiveness rates for the treatment group{ 54.17% ,80.56% ） were significantly higher than those in control roup { 30.00% ,54.29% ） within 4 and 8weeks respectively （ P〈O. O1 ）. The drug related adverse reactions mainly is local irritation symptoms ,and the incidence was 31. 08% ,29.58% respectively,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion： The treatment of isotretinoin erythromycin gel united spironolactone is effective, safe, with less adverse reaction and lower price, It＇s worth pop- ularizing and applying in the mild or moderate acne vulgaris.
