摘  要:目的:探讨三维重建成像对孤立性肺结节形态特征的显示及其良恶性的诊断价值。方法:选择45例孤立性肺结节患者,均行多层螺旋CT平扫及增强扫描,分别以VR、MPR、MIP重建,观察不同成像方法对孤立性肺结节相关重要征象的显示情况,并进行统计学比较分析。结果:MPR对病灶的显示能力与轴位成像相比并无明显优势(P>0.05);VR在显示边缘形态、内部结构及胸膜凹陷征方面明显优于轴位成像(P<0.05);MIP在显示病灶边缘形态及灶周支气管方面显著优于轴位成像(P<0.05)。结论:三维重建成像可显著提升CT诊断的准确性,是鉴别肿瘤良恶性的有效方法。Objective: To investigate the value of tree-dimensional reconstruction in displaying the morphological charac- teristics of solitary pulmonary nodules and distinguishing the malignant tumors. Method: 45 cases of solitary pulmonary nodules were examined by multi-slice CT scanning and enhanced scanning. The imaging findings were subjected to three-dimensional reconstruction by VR, MPR and MIP, and the reconstructed images were compared to evaluate the diagnostic values of different methods of reconstruction in finding the important manifestations of solitary pulmonary nodules for an accurate diagnosis. Re- sult: MPR did not show significantly higher diagnostic value than axial imagining ( P〉0.05 ) ; VR showed significant superiority to axial imagining in displaying marginal forms, internal structures and pleural indentation (P〈0.05) ; MIP showed significant superiority to axial imagining in displaying marginal forms and adjacent bronchi (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Three-dimensionalreconstruction can significantly increase the accuracy of imagining diagnosis, serving as an effective method in distinguishing malignant tumors from benign tumors.
