摘　　要：目的:探讨导管射频消融治疗特发性室性心动过速及频发室性期前收缩的疗效及安全性。方法:选取我院特发性室性心动过速及频发室性期前收缩患者30例,行导管射频消融(radiofrequency catheter ablation,RFCA)治疗,观察患者的疗效及安全性。结果:其中19例起源于左室间隔部和流出道,11例起源于右室流出道;28例即刻成功,2例失败,成功率93.3%,2例患者经再次消融,均获成功,治疗期间无不良反应发生。结论:导管射频消融治疗特发性室性心动过速及频发室性期前收缩是安全有效的。Objective： To discuss the effect and safety of radiofrequency catheter ablation of idiopathic ventricular tachy- cardia and premature ventricular contractions. Method： 30 patients in our hospital with idiopathic ventricular tachycardia and premature ventricular contractions were treated with radiofrequency catheter ablation. The effect and safety would be observed. Result： Radiofrequency catheter ablation succeeded in 28 patients, success rate was 93.3%. 2 patients failed, and went on with radiofrequency catheter ablation, and successed. During the treatment no one had any adverse effect. Conclusion： Radio- frequency catheter ablation is effective and safe for idiopathic ventficular tachycardia and premature ventricular contractions.
