摘　　要：基于信息系统的风险,贯穿于作战指挥活动的全过程。从联合作战决策活动的风险辨识出发,围绕联合作战决策机制,分析了基于指挥信息系统联合作战决策活动中的主要风险因素,给出了基于信息熵理论的风险评估方法和联合作战决策的风险控制对策建议。为不确定条件下,提高基于信息系统的联合作战决策能力有着主要意义。Risk based on the information system runs through the entire process of operational command activities. This text sets out from the risk identification of unitei operational decision activities, analyzing the main risk factors of unitei operational decision activities based on the Command Information System around the mechanisms of unitei operational decision, providing a risk assessment method based on the information entropy theory and the risk-controlling suggestions of unitei operational decision activities. It has the major significance to raise the intelligence analysis skill based on the information system under the＂ unitei operational decision condition.
