摘　　要：为适应新形势和新要求,领导对信息需求量日愈增加,对秘书的信息服务工作提出了更高的要求。文章阐述了领导秘书信息服务的内涵、目标、特点和意义,概括了农业科研单位领导秘书信息服务工作的主要内容,并结合工作实践,从提高职业素养、丰富信息储备、创新服务方式和提高服务效能等方面提出了提升信息服务能力的途径。In order to adapt to the new situation and new requirements, the leaders＇ needs of getting more information is increasing, which put forward higher request to the information service of the secretarial staff. The connotation, goals, characteristics and significance of the information service of leaders＇ secretary were expounded in the paper. The main contents of the information service of leaders＇ secretary were summarized. Combined with working practice, means for boost information service ability were put forward from the view of improving occupation accomplishment, enriching information storage, innovating service ways and imp）roving service efficiency, etc.
