摘 要:运行在额定工况下的感应电机效率较高,但在轻载运行时效率会显著下降,此时具有较大的效率优化空间。在考虑铁损的感应电机稳态数学模型的基础上建立损耗模型,将遗传算法应用于感应电机的效率优化控制,保证电机在输出功率不变的情况下,使电机始终运行在最小损耗状态,达到效率最大目的。仿真结果验证了基于遗传算法的效率优化控制的有效性和正确性。Operated under rated conditions, induction motor is highly efficient. But for light load, the effi ciency is greatly reduced and there is significant margin for efficiency optimization. The loss model was built by the steady state mathematical model of induction motor considering iron losses. The genetic algorithm was applied to the efficiency optimization control of induction motor. The motor was always running in minimum loss state when keeping its constant power, and achieved the purpose of maximum efficiency. Simulation re suits show that the efficiency optimization control based on enetic algorithm is availahilitv andcorrectly.
