隔姜隔盐灸治疗中风后尿潴留临床疗效及安全性评价

摘　　要：目的 观察隔姜隔盐灸治疗中风后尿潴留的临床效果.方法 对中风（包括脑梗死和脑出血）合并尿潴留的患者30例,给予神阙穴隔姜隔盐灸疗法,每次治疗10～20 min,隔日1次,10次为1个疗程.观察其临床疗效和安全性.结果 30例患者,治愈22例,有效7例,无效1例,总有效率为96.67％,无1例发生不良反应.治疗后,患者临床症状评分、残余尿量、生活质量均较治疗前显著减少（P＜0.05）.结论 神阙穴隔姜隔盐灸是治疗中风后合并尿潴留的有效方法.Objective：To observe the effect of the ginger-salt-partitoned moxibustion on urination disorder poststroke.Methods：30 cases with urination disorder poststroke were given the ginger-salt-partitoned moxibustion at Shenque （CV8） for 10～20 min once every other day.After 1 treatment course for 10 times,the clinical effect and the safety were observed and compared between 2 groups.Results：In 30 cases,22 patients were cured,7 patients were effective and 1 patients was ineffective.The total effective rate was 96.67％.There was no adverse reaction in the treatment.After treatment,these indicators were reduced significantly including the symptoms scores,the residual urine volume and the life quality （P＜ 0.05）.Conclusion：It is effective of the ginger-salt-partitoned moxibustion at Shenque （CV8） in the urination disorder poststroke.
