摘　　要：目的观察毫针齐刺阿是穴结合青龙摆尾法治疗腰3横突综合征的临床疗效。方法将患者分为两组,治疗组采用毫针齐刺阿是穴结合青龙摆尾法治疗腰3横突综合征,并与采用常规针刺手法治疗之对照组进行比较。结果治疗组总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的76.67%(P<0.05)。结论毫针齐刺阿是穴结合青龙摆尾法是治疗第3腰椎横突综合征较理想的方法。Objective：To observe the effect of puncture needle Ashi point combined with dragon wagging tail on lumbar transverse process syndrome.Methods：Patients were randomly divided into two groups.Treatment group were treated with puncture needle Ashi point combined with dragon wagging tail,while control group were treated with routine puncture.Effects of two group were compared.Results：The total efficiency of treatment group （96.67％） was higher than that of control group （76.67％）（P＜ 0.05）.Conclusion：Puncture needle Ashi point combined with dragon wagging tail showed good effect on lumbar transverse process syndrome.
