摘 要:目的了解合成氨改产二甲醚项目存在的主要职业病危害因素,为制定职业病的预防措施提供依据。方法采用职业卫生学调查、工作场所职业病危害因素现场监测等方法进行综合评价。结果该项目主要存在高温、噪声、其他粉尘、煤尘、矽尘、甲烷、甲醇、二甲醚、硫化氢、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、二氧化硫、氮氧化物、工频电场、催化剂等。其中粉尘、噪声存在超标,其余各种有毒物质均符合国家标准限值。结论该项目职业病危害防护措施可行、有效,超标岗位应加强个体防护。Objective To investigate the main occupational disease hazards in a production project of converting synthetic ammonia into dimethyl ether (DME) so as to provide a basis for developing the protective measures. Methods Occupational health investigation was conducted, and hazardous factors in working sites of the project were detected and comprehensive evalu- ated. Results The main occupational hazards elements in the project were high temperature, noise, particles not otherwise regulated, coal dust, silica dust, methane, methanol, DME, hydrogen sulfide, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxide, power frequency electric field, catalyst, etc. The noise and dust exceeded the standard limits, but the rest of tox- ic substances were in line with the national standard limits. Conclusions The protective measures against the potential occu- pational hazards of the project are effective and feasible, but personal protection should be strengthened in the job posts exceeding the standard limits.
