摘　　要：在拍卖网站和卖家收益不一致的条件下,研究了卖家在不设置保留价和设置保留价时拍卖网站与卖家的收益和期望的利润问题。研究结果表明:降低陈列费,增加佣金支付比例同时缩短拍卖的持续时间有利于设计出激励相容的最优拍卖机制。Considering the inconsistency between the auction sites and the seller＇s profits, we study the problem of earnings and expected profit when the seller didn＇ t set reserve price and set reserve price respectively. The results indicated that decreasing the listing fee, increasing commission ratio and shortening the auction duration are both helpful for us to design the incentive compatible optimal auction mechanism.
