谱系学对研究京味文化的意义

摘　　要：从古至今,北京文化在积淀中不断形成,意味着北京文化是一个不断发展、不断生长的体系。北京文化的内容丰富,形式多样,意味着北京文化是一个容纳百川、足够开放的体系。而北京文化中所包含的种种盘根错节的关系,也意味着北京文化是一个复杂的体系。而谱系学的研究对象恰恰是针对那些需要对历史进行梳理、对复杂的结构进行辨析以及对个异性进行把握的事物。用谱系学的方法进行研究,有助于从更宏观的角度出发,审视并挖掘京味文化个体成果的内涵与价值,同时能够立足当下,将京味文化和当下时代的文化发展要求有机结合起来,促进京味文化在当下的影响与传播。Beijing culture accumulates in its long history of development. Beijing flavor is a system grown out of the development of Beijing culture. Beijing culture enjoys its rich contents and varieties. This shows that Beijing culture is an open system which withdraws different elements into its system, while at the same time the complicated relationships among different branches also show that Beijing culture is a complex system of its own. The objectives of genealogy include the study and analysis of those things that need historical study and structural analysis. By way of genealogy, Beijing culture can be more effectively approached from a macroscopic angle for the implications and values of its individual achievements. At the same time, from a perspective of the now, a combination between Beijing culture and the contemporary culture can promote the influence and communication of Beijing-flavor culture.
