摘  要:为了给野生山杏资源评价及其新品种选育提供理论依据和实践指导,对内蒙古山杏优良单株的果实变异程度、变异类型、果实性状与产量和出仁率之间的相关性进行了分析。结果表明:在山杏的单果质量、果长、果宽、果之长宽比、果肉厚、果径等果实的数量性状指标中,单果质量的变异最大,其选择潜力也最大;根据单果质量的变异程度可将山杏果实分为6个类型,即小果型、较小果型、中果型、较大果型、大果型、极大果型;根据果长的变异特点可将山杏果分为7个类型,即极短果型、短果型、较短果型、中果型、较长果型、长果型、极长果型;根据果宽的变异程度可将山杏果分为7个类型,即极窄果型、窄果型、较窄果型、中果型、较宽果型、宽果型、极宽果型;根据果之长宽比的变异程度可将山杏果分为6个类型,即宽圆果型、较宽圆果型、中果型、较长圆果型、长圆果型、极长圆果型;根据果肉厚的变异程度可将山杏果分为7个类型,即极薄果肉型、薄果肉型、较薄果肉、中果肉型、较厚果肉型、厚果肉型、极厚果肉型:根据果径长的变异程度可将山杏果分为4个类型,即短果径型、较短果径型、中果径型、较长果径型。相关性分析结果表明,山杏果实各性状指标与产量无显著相关,而单果质量、果长、果宽、果径与山杏出仁率显著相关。主成分分析结果表明,3个主成分的累积贡献率达81.145%,第一主成分主要代表为单果质量、果长、果宽、果肉厚、果径长等遗传性状,第二主成分主要代表为果实的长宽比,第三主成分主要代表为产量和出仁率。In order to provide a theory basis and a practice guidance for resource appraise and new cultivars selection of wild apricot, correlation of fruit variation degree, variation type, fruit characters of fine individuals in Inner Mongolia with yield and kernel rate. The results show that variation of single fruit mass is the biggest in the quantitative characters indexes of single fruit mass, length, width, ratio of length to width, pulp thickness and diameter, so selection potential of the index also is the biggest. Based on variation degree of single fruit mass, fruits can be divided into six groups, i.e. small fruit, smaller fruit, middle fruit, bigger fruit, big fruit, maximum fruit. Based on variation of fruit length, fruits can be divided into seven groups, i.e. minimal short fruit, short fruit, shorter fruit, middle fruit, longer fruit, long fruit, maximum long fruit. Based on variation degree of fruit width, fruits can be divided into seven groups, i.e. extremely narrow fruit, narrow fruit, narrower fruit, middle fruit, wider fruit, wide fruit, extremely wide fruit. Based on variation degree of ratio of length to width, fruits can be divided into six groups, i.e. wide round fruit, wider round fruit, middle fruit, longer round fi'uit, long round fruit, extremely long round fruit. Based on variation degree of pulp thickness, fruits can be divided into seven groups, i.e. extremely thin pulp, thin pulp, thinner pulp, middle pulp, thicker pulp, thick pulp, extremely thick pulp. Based on variation degree of fruit diameter, fruits can be divided into four groups, i.e. short fruit diameter, shorter fruit diameter, middle fruit diameter, longer fruit diameter. The results of correlation analysis show that fruit characters have no significant correlation with yield, but single fruit mass, fruit length, fruit width and fruit diameter have significant correlation with kernel rate.
