Effects of ABA and its biosynthesis inhibitor on CPT content and anti-oxidant enzymes activity in Camptotheca accuminata seedlings

摘  要:为了解ABA与喜树内喜树碱的内在联系,以ABA及其合成抑制剂氟啶酮处理渗透胁迫下的喜树幼苗,来探讨其对喜树幼苗喜树碱含量及抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明:渗透胁迫导致喜树幼苗内抗氧化酶类活性下降(POD活性除外),内源ABA含量激增,喜树碱含量上升。外源ABA使渗透胁迫下喜树幼苗内ABA的含量剧烈上升,减弱了渗透胁迫导致的抗氧化酶类活性的变化,减轻了渗透胁迫的作用效果,而对喜树碱的生物合成没有明显的提高。ABA抑制剂可以降低渗透胁迫下ABA含量,减弱渗透胁迫导致的抗氧化酶活性变化,降低因为渗透胁迫引起的生物碱生物合成。In order to clarify internal connection between abscisic acid (ABA) and camptothecin (CPT) in Camptotheca accuminata seedlings, effects of ABA and its biosynthesis inhibitor on CPT content and anti-oxidant enzymes activity in C. accuminata seedlings were researched, through treating with ABA and the ABA biosynthetic inhibitor fluridone. The results show that activities of anti-oxidant enzymes (except for POD) in C. accuminata seedlings are decreased under osmotic stress, content of endogenous ABA is increased sharply, and content of CPT is increased. Exogenous ABA can increase content of ABA sharply, weaken change of anti-oxidant enzymes activities, and then alleviate effect of osmotic stress, but can not obviously increase CPT content in C. accuminata seedlings. The ABA biosynthetic inhibitor fluridone can decrease ABA content under osmotic stress, weaken change of anti-oxidant enzymes activity, and make CPT biosynthesis caused by osmotic stress slow down.
