摘 要:为给中国油橄榄品种的选育提供种质资源,提出了中国油橄榄分类选优标准,经过初选、复选和决选,共选出优良系株41株,连续4年对所选优良系株的果实进行了观测和取样分析。结果表明,所选优株最大单果鲜质量9 g,最小1.49 g,平均3.46 g;最大单果干质量3.25 g,最小0.72 g,平均1.32 g;完全成熟果的最高含水率为48.1%,最低为23.4%,平均为35.75%。干果含油率最高的品种是皮削利,为51.4%。佛奥和皮削利的鲜果含油率超过了30%,分别达到了32.5%和30.4%。To provide germplasm resources for selection and breeding of olive cultivars in China, a classification and selection standard for olive species in China was proposed. Forty one superior trees were selected through preliminary selection, repeated selection and final selection, and those selected trees had been observed, sampled and analyzed for four consecutive years. The results show that the maximum mass of fresh fruit is 9 g, the minimum is 1.49 g, and the average mass is 3.46 g; the maximum mass of dry fruit is 3.25 g, the minimum is 0.72 g, and the average mass is 1.32 g; the highest water content in absolutely ripe fruit is 48.1%, the minimum is 23.4%, and the average value is 35.75%. Picholine is the variety with the highest oil ratio of dry fruit, which is up to 51.4%. The oil ratio of fresh fruit in Frantoio and Picholine are both over 30%, up to 32.5% and 30.4% respectively.
