独立院校学生体育社团创新模式研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料和调查研究等方法,对独立院校学生体育社团存在的问题和模式进行了研究。认为:独立院校学生体育社团存在管理模式松散、形式内容陈旧、缺乏文化传承与发扬、共享资源相对匮乏、宣传力度不够等问题,针对存在的问题,提出了在自主管理、活动内容、指导思想、共享资源开发和骨干人才培养等方面的模式构想。Using the methods of literature and investigation on students＇ sports associations, independent colleges problems and development mode research. Concluded that： student sports organization management mode of independent colleges are loose; form old content; the lack of cultural heritage and carry forward; sharing resources are relatively scarce ; problems of lack of propaganda. Suggestion ： training and development based on the ＂human＂, the corresponding independent management mode, content, guiding ideology, sharing of resources development and talents cultivation.
