摘　　要：目的:检测子宫内膜癌组织中转录因子E2F-1和Ki-67表达情况,并探讨其在子宫内膜癌中的意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测60例子宫内膜癌和32名正常子宫内膜组织中的表达。结果:子宫内膜癌组织中E2F-1和Ki-67表达定位于细胞核,其阳性表达率分别为58.33%(35/60)和85.00%(51/60),明显高于正常子宫内膜组织0和12.5%(4/32)(x2=27.71,x2=42.63;P<0.05)。两者的表达与淋巴结转移、临床病理分期有关(x2=5.79,x2=8.28,x2=11.77,x2=4.04;P<0.05);在子宫内膜癌组织中E2F-1和Ki-67两者之间比较表达无明显相关性。结论:E2F-1和Ki-67在子宫内膜癌呈高表达,且与子宫内膜癌的发生、发展和转移密切相关。Objective： To determine the expression of E2F-1 and Ki-67 in the endometrial carcinoma and the significance. Methods： To detect the expressions of E2F-1 and Ki-67 in 60 cases of endometrial cancer and 32 cases of normal endometrial tissue by immunohisto chemistry S-P. Results： The expressions of E2F-1 and Ki-67 were located with the cytoplasm. The positive expression rates were 58.33% （35/60） and 85.00% （51/60） which were significantly higher than that in normal endometrial tissue in 0, 12.5%（4/32）（x：= 27.71, x2= 42.63, P〈 0.05）. Both of their expressions were related with lymph nodemetastasis, clinical stage and pathological staging（x^2= 5.79, x^2 = 8.28, x^2 = 11.77, x^2 = 4.04, P 〈 0.05）. In endometnal carcinoma, theexpressons of E2F-1 and Ki-67 were negatively correlated with each other. Conclusion： E2F-1 and Ki-67 were highly expressed in the endometrial cancinoma and their expressions were related with endometrial carcinoma the development and the metastasis.
