摘　　要：延安时期毛泽东干部教育思想的主要内容包括马克思主义理论教育、为人民服务根本宗旨教育以及业务知识教育等三个方面。马克思主义理论教育统领全局,指引着广大党员干部前进的方向;为人民服务的根本宗旨教育是毛泽东对马克思列宁主义的发展,是广大党员干部的行为准则;业务知识教育是达到目标的手段和方法。延安时期毛泽东干部教育思想对当代仍具有重大指导意义。The main content of Mao Zedong＇s thoughts on cadre education in Yan＇an period includes the education of Marxism theory, the fundamental principals of serving people, and the professional knowledge. The education of Marxism theory stands the decisive and ruling position which guides cadres＇direction ;the education of the fundamental principals of serving people is Mao Zedong＇s development of Marxism-Leninism, which is cadres＇principals;the education of professional knowledge is the method to realize our goal. Mao Zedong＇s thoughts on cadre education in Yah＇an period still values a lot in modem times.
