礼仪镜在髋关节置换术后患者康复训练中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨礼仪镜对减少髋关节置换术后锻炼中不良姿势发生率的作用。方法将109例单侧髋关节置换术患者分为观察组58例和对照组51例,对照组按疾病诊疗护理常规实施围术期护理及术后康复训练;观察组在常规康复训练基础上在离床站立、行走康复时使用礼仪镜开展参照姿势训练,评价训练3 d后两组患者站立、行走姿势偏差发生频次。结果观察组不良姿势总发生率9.5%,明显低于对照组25.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论礼仪镜能提高髋关节置换术后康复教育的直观性,及时纠正训练姿势偏差,从而降低不良姿势的发生率。Abstract： Objective To investigate the effect of etiquette mirror on reducing the incidence of incorrect posture during the postoperative rehabilitation after total hip arthroplasty. Methods Totally 109 patients with unilateral total hip arthroplasty were divided into experimental group （n=58） and control group （n=51）. Patients in control group accepted the routine rehabilitation training. Patients in experimental group were exercised with etiquette mirror for reference posture for 3 days when the patients stood away from the bed as well as did the walking rehabilitation. Then the frequency of the posture deviation during standing and walking was evaluated. Results The incidence rate of incorrect posture in control group was 25.5%, while that of experimental group 9.5%. There was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Rehabilitation education can be improved visually with etiquette mirror to correct the declinational training position timely, which reduces the incidence of incorrect posture.
